1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Anegan in your Discord server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. No explicit agreement is required beyond using the bot.

2. Usage Guidelines

• Do not abuse moderation commands.
• Do not spam messages, commands, or excessive requests to the bot.
• Only add Anegan to servers that you own or manage.
• Do not attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the bot.
• Do not use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
• Respect other users’ privacy while using bot features.
• If you encounter any bug or the bot misbehaves, please report the issue to the developer via the official support Discord server (link available in the Help tab)

3. Privacy & Data

Anegan collects minimal server and user data to function properly:

• Logs: The bot maintains logs for analytics, media forwarding, moderation, and reminders. Each log file stores up to 50 MB of data. We keep two files for each log category; when the second file reaches 50 MB, the first file is securely deleted. Logs are only accessed when a user reports an issue or if the bot behaves unexpectedly.
• Settings: Server-specific settings are saved in JSON or database files. This ensures that after a bot restart, power failure, or reset, your server configurations remain intact.

All data is stored securely and used solely to operate Anegan. Users in the European Union may request deletion of their personal data. Anegan only stores essential data required for its functionality.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Anegan is tested to ensure stable performance, but niche conditions may cause unexpected behavior. While we strive to prevent any issues, the bot’s use is at your own risk. Anegan and its developer are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to your Discord server or data. If you experience any problems, please contact the developer( via the official support Discord server), who will make every effort to resolve the issue.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted here.
